Getting started
- We confirm your population band and set up your city
- Your administrator is created first and invites staff by email
- Staff sign in and the library for their department is open immediately
- There is nothing to install, no integration work, and no data migration
What your IT department has to do
In most cities, nothing. Municiprompt runs in the browser, so there is no software to package or deploy and no server to provision. If your city restricts new domains, the only ask is allowing ours.
What we ask of you
- One administrator who owns accounts and permissions
- A named contact per department for the first few weeks, so questions have somewhere to go
- An honest list of the documents your staff write most often — it tells us which agents matter to you and which ones we should write
Support
Onboarding is included. A help centre with how-to articles is available to every member of staff, and live training sessions can be added for cities that want their staff walked through it together.
