City Knowledge Hub
Drafts written from your city's own documents, not generic language.
Included up to 500 MB on the Professional plan; sized by capacity on city plansWhat happens without it
A good draft still reads like it came from somewhere else. Your ordinances have a house style, your council packets follow a format, and your last five grant applications already contain the language that worked. Staff end up rewriting a general-purpose draft until it sounds like your city — which is most of the time the tool was supposed to save.
What this does about it
The Knowledge Hub holds your material — ordinances, style guides, past reports, council packets, prior applications — and every helper writes from it. The first draft arrives already using your terminology, your formatting, and your precedent.
How it works
You send us what you already have
Documents in the formats you keep them in — Word, PDF, scanned material. There is no template to fill in and nothing to reformat first.
We organize and load them
Documents are grouped by department and by kind, so a Public Works helper draws on Public Works material rather than everything at once.
Helpers write from your material
Staff carry on using the same helpers. The difference is in what comes back — your phrasing, your section headings, your prior wording.
You keep it current
Add a document whenever something changes. New material is available to staff as soon as it finishes processing.
What you get
- Document storage scaled to your plan tier
- Department-level organization so material reaches the right helpers
- Processing status visible to your administrator
- Documents used only for your city — never for training any model
- Remove a document at any time; it stops being used immediately
What it does not do
- Loading a large archive takes time. Setup is a separate service for that reason.
- The Hub improves how a draft reads. It does not remove the need for a person to verify it.
- Documents you cannot share externally should not be uploaded — talk to us about the boundary first.

Your city's data is encrypted, isolated, and never used to train AI
Everything you upload or generate is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest with AES-256. Each city's content is isolated to its own tenant, so no other organization can read it. Your documents and drafts are never used as training data by us or by our AI providers, and retention periods are set by your administrator.
