Add-on

Additional Usage & Request Packs

Extra capacity for a busy month, bought in advance.

Available on every plan

What happens without it

Municipal work is not evenly spread. Budget season, a grant deadline, and a storm response all land in the same few weeks, and that is exactly when a department cannot afford to be told it has run out.

What this does about it

Buy capacity ahead of the season. Packs are prepaid and pooled across your city, so a quiet department's headroom is available to the one that is under pressure.

How it works

  1. Watch the meter

Your administrator sees pooled usage in the portal, with a warning well before anything runs low.

  2. Buy a pack

Prepaid and admin-approved. Nothing is charged automatically and no variable invoice is ever generated.

  3. Capacity is available immediately

The pack joins your pooled allowance as soon as it is purchased. Staff notice nothing except that work continues.

  4. Or raise the plan

If a department needs the extra capacity every month rather than once, a capacity upgrade costs less than repeat packs.

What you get

  • Pooled across the city, not locked to one person's account
  • Prepaid — never an unexpected bill
  • Administrator approval required for every purchase
  • Visible usage reporting by department
  • Upgrade path when extra capacity turns out to be permanent

What it does not do

  • Packs are prepaid, which is deliberate: it is the reason a surprise invoice cannot happen.
  • Individual plans have their own request packs rather than a shared city pool.

What it costs
