Priority Prompt Development

Helpers and workflows built for the jobs only your city does.

Workflows are included on city plans; having us write and test one is an add-on

What happens without it

The library covers the work most cities share. It will not cover the quarterly report your state requires in a particular format, or the four-step process your clerk has run the same way for eleven years. Those are usually the jobs that eat the most time.

What this does about it

You describe the task in your own words. We write the helper, test it against real examples from your city, and add it to your library — where it behaves like every other helper your staff already knows how to use.

How it works

  1. Describe the job

In plain language, the way you would explain it to a new hire. No technical writing required — that is the part we do.

  2. We build and test it

We write the helper and run it against examples you provide, so the first version your staff sees is one that already works on your material.

  3. You approve it

Nothing joins your library until the person who requested it says the output is right.

  4. It becomes part of your library

Available to whichever departments you choose, alongside everything else.

What you get

  • A prompt writes one document; a workflow chains several steps into one action
  • Testing against your own examples before delivery
  • Revisions until the output is right
  • Tracked in the portal so you can see where each request stands
  • Delivered into your library with the same one-click use as any other helper

What it does not do

  • Anyone can generate their own helper and share it inside their organization; this add-on is the other thing — we write it, test it against your material, and stand behind it.
  • A workflow can chain steps that a person can describe. It cannot connect to another system unless we have discussed that integration.

What it costs
